The creation of AN ~ OM ~ AR
I was working on my art project as part of my first year of training at
the Barbara Brennan School of Healing BBSH 2001/2002. I had chosen to
create a wall hanging (my version of quilting!) with silk and satin.
Composed of geometric forms, 5 triangles relating to the travels in
attending BBSH as well as the 5 general characterologies. These were
centrally connected by the heart.
The colors and materials related to the textures and coloring in
association with the teachings and my personal experiences evolving during
my first year of training in association with the auric field. The red
colored cotton thread and blue satin ribbon aligned with the 1st chakra
and the 1st layer of the field. Orange resonated with the 2nd chakra and
the radiant rainbow colored lace flowed with the 2nd layer of the field
and the colors one experiences there. The yellow wool represented the 3rd
chakra and the lines of light at this level of the aura.
As I advanced with my art project I kept getting the message to have a name/title and one day I wrote ANOMAR and knew that this was it. I also
recalled having written it as I observed different forms of my daughters
name RAMONA . “AN” “OM” “AR” It was a great place in the upper 3 portions
of the “Flower of Life” geometric sections.A few months after completing my “AN ~ OM ~ AR “ art
project in 2002, I felt profound connection to the “OM” and felt the
tuning fork honing the teaching of Yoga classes. I began to offer Yoga
classes in the local community having been previously trained as a
Sivananda Yoga Teacher in 1990.
“AN ~ OM ~ AR” once again spoke and resonated to me as my final fourth
year of training at BBSH came to completion in 2005. I made the decision
to register my business in 2006 and knew that portion of the name. With
the clear assistance of my daughter Ramona , “ AN ~ OM ~ AR HEALING ENERGY
“ was born. |

Leading in to the creation of this website as 2007 approached the
grounding, intention, longing and manifestation are in alignment with
“OM”… an Eternal Word, what was, what is, what shall be … AN~OM~AR
Guidance , Abundance, Intention, The Law of Attraction….
