Yoga is personal yet universal. Yoga adapts to
each individual where you are on your path, your journey. Your own
personal Yoga practice may be very different from that of another
individual and be Yoga just the same. Yoga to a beginner is about
breath --- ease of breathing and breath flow. As one gets more
familiar with Yoga one feels the relationship with breath and
movements. This feeling awareness may be in the lung area and may
possibly be experienced throughout the body with what is known as
the asanas, the physical body movements. Your body, feelings,
thoughts and most of all your ♥ heart ♥ are your guidance to your
personal Yoga practice.
In deepening contact with ones self the opportunity to sense the
energy field around ones body may be enhanced. For an experienced
practitioner, Yoga is the union of the universal consciousness and
the individual mind consciousness. Yoga refers to a certain state of
consciousness as well as to methods that help one reach that goal or
state of union with the Divine. Ones sense of interconnection within
the universe, cosmos, and innermost parts of ones physical body
deepens. ONE is ONE and ALL is ONE !!! One sees, feels, observes the
reflection of self ...everywhere.
A you go deep within yourself and ask …what is personally most
important to you at this time… You may be looking for ease of
mobility, relaxation, effortless breathing, calm emotions, Joy,
Peace, laughter, embracing yourself , and there may be more…

The symbol " OM " is derived from Sanscrit.
It is an eternal word; what
was, what is, and what shall be, as witnessed in the Mandukya Up-anishad.
" OM" is the original
mantra, the root of all sounds and letters, and thus of all language
and thought. |
